  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following details carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
